I got a KitchenAid

I'm so tired today and my stomach hurts something awful. There is a surprise party tonight for a friend that I already said I would go to so I really need to start feeling better. I am pretty excited though...wanna see why?!

I'm so excited, I got in on the Lowe's Black Friday Sneak Peek. I have wanted a KitchenAid for 2 years, I love my mixer but it's from the early 80's that my mom passed on to me when she got a KitchenAid. So I'm pretty excited, just in time for all my holiday baking I will have 2 mixers I will definitely be needing them. I hope everyone is having a good weekend!

Just because, Cupcakes

I was just hanging out tonight with lots to do and while I was getting nothing done I decided to make cupcakes. Cupcakes are fun, I like to make them for no specific reason so DB is surprised when he wakes up and there is a treat on the counter.

The best part is the mini cupcakes. I was pretty excited when I remembered I have mini muffin tins and decided to make bite size cupcakes. They're so cute and super small so I don't stuff my face with a huge cupcake that I definitely don't need.

They're so small. I love funfetti, so those are my favorite cupcakes. I make a lot here from scratch but sometimes I like a mix. Super easy, simple and fast, nothing wrong with that!

I'm definitely looking forward to the weekend. There are plenty of things to do and I believe a couple snow showers on the way. Another year is coming to a close and it feels like it was just Spring last week, it makes me happy and sad all in the same thought. I love the holidays, baking, eating and spending time with family, I just kind of hope the cold goes away as fast as it came.

I was pretty excited when I got the invitation for this campaign, I love any campaign, but I love toothpaste and brushing my teeth! This toothpaste is specifically for beating bad breath, now I haven't had any problems with breath but I love the feeling of my teeth being truly clean and this one does the trick! DB has also been using and really enjoying it, which is a little funny because he hates anise and there is definitely a hint in the smell and taste.
