The best part is the mini cupcakes. I was pretty excited when I remembered I have mini muffin tins and decided to make bite size cupcakes. They're so cute and super small so I don't stuff my face with a huge cupcake that I definitely don't need.
They're so small. I love funfetti, so those are my favorite cupcakes. I make a lot here from scratch but sometimes I like a mix. Super easy, simple and fast, nothing wrong with that!
I'm definitely looking forward to the weekend. There are plenty of things to do and I believe a couple snow showers on the way. Another year is coming to a close and it feels like it was just Spring last week, it makes me happy and sad all in the same thought. I love the holidays, baking, eating and spending time with family, I just kind of hope the cold goes away as fast as it came.

Mmmmmmmm! I don't have much spare time on my hands these days with two little ones but crafts and baking.. mmmmm. Whenever I can. And when I can't, I can enjoy other peoples'!
