Bring on the Spring Rolls

I've been craving some spring rolls for quite a while now so when I found these in the freezers are the grocery store I had to try.

Tai Pei mini veggie spring rolls. They're actually pretty good. I haven't been able to find good spring rolls since I moved from North Carolina.

I only tossed them in the microwave so I'm sure they're much crispier out of the oven but I was starving. So if you like spring rolls check them out, they really are pretty tasty! I like mine with soy sauce and the dip they came with, I think it's a sort of sweet & sour mix!
